Full Priced Items Return Policy

Rêve Ultime will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the return of full priced merchandise with the following details:

  • All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all original tags attached. This includes swimwear which has to also have it’s protective lining still in place. 
  • Panties cannot be returned or exchanged but bras can be with their tags on.
  • Socks and tights cannot be returned or exchanged once taken out of their packets.
  • Beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
  • We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewellery only.

Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued in original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Rêve Ultime may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above.

Your return request must be received within 30 days from the date you received your shipment to get a full refund, if a return is received after 30 days you will be able to receive only store credit.

Return of Sale Items

  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or a credit voucher only.
  • A sale item is any marked down item.
  • Items purchased using a promo code are eligible for exchange or credit voucher only.
  • Items marked Final Sale and found in Rev Archive are not eligible for return, credit or exchange.

What steps must I take in order to exchange and / or return?

1. Email customerservice@reveultime.com, including your name and order number.

2. Customer service will get back to you and send you a return label and return form.

2. Print out the return label and fill out the return form, and place it with the items you wish to return.

3. Send the item back via any tracked mailing service you prefer. Our return mailing address is on the bottom of the return form.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund or web credit for the items as you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.

Exchanges

Rêve Ultime will issue an exchange for any merchandise other than Final Sale items. 

Please email customerservice@reveultime.com and request an exchange number.

Product Defects

If you receive your product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact customerservice@reveultime.com within 30 days from receipt of the order and send us an image that clearly shows the damage, and we will try to verify whether the product is faulty or not. If you are required to send the product to our offices, Rêve Ultime will bear the shipping costs.A refund or exchange will be made effective to the purchaser shortly after Rêve Ultime has verified the said product is defective.

Wrong order

In the unlikely case, you receive an order that does not correspond to your purchase, you must contact info@reveultime.com within 14 days of receiving the order and send us an image showing everything you have received with the respective information of each product. We will verify what you send us and resolve the issue promptly. If you are required to send the product to our offices, Rêve Ultime will bear the shipping costs. Once we have verified that the said order is wrong, the refund or change will be issued to the affected customer. The product must not have been used and must be sent with its original packaging.

What shipping costs apply?

All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return are to be borne by the buyer, with the exception of products with manufacturing defects and in the case that the wrong products have been delivered. In these exceptional circumstances, the delivery costs will be paid by Rêve Ultime.
