Cropped version of our timeless CLAUDE cardigan. Knitted in English ribbing which gives a real density to the piece. Fairly-sourced and GOTS certified organic cotton, sustainably spun and dyed in Spain with reduced water usage and GOTS certified chemical-free dyes that don't produce any toxic waste.

GENERAL INFORMATION 

Online orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days. We ship internationally and delivery times can vary depending on destination and specific brand production times (pre-order). Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed after the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within:
1-2 business days - Sweden
4-6 business days - Europe
7-10 business days - Rest of the world

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Covid-19 transport restrictions may cause delays.

What is your online return policy?
For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. Return shipping is free for returns within the U.S. We also offer easy returns for our international customers!

You have 21 days from the ship date to have your return postmarked to the carrier on your label. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that all apothecary, underwear, pierced jewelry, climate credits, and sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns if there is significant damage to the shoe box or if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.

Reformation monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

How do I return or exchange an order from within the U.S.?
For your return, please:

Visit our Returns and Exchanges page.
Select the stuff you want to exchange or return. Quick tip: If you’re returning an order, you have the option for Instant Ref Credit.
Stick the return label on the mailer.
Drop off your return to the courier on the label.*

How do I return an order from outside the U.S.?
We offer easy return shipping for our international customers. There is a 20.00 USD fee for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Pick-ups are not included in this service. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

In your return please:

Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
Visit our Returns and Exchanges page.
Stick the return label on the mailer.
Drop off your return to the courier on the label.
What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 21 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift?
Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to Customer Love before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.

Can I exchange an item from my order?
You can! If you want to swap an item for a new size or color, you can create an exchange.

How do I create an exchange?
To create an exchange:

Click on Returns and Exchanges page and input your email and order number.
Select Exchange for the item you want to exchange
Choose a new size or color and click Next Step.
Confirm your return and click Process Return.
Print your return label and drop off your return by the stated date to avoid being charged.
What is instant Ref Credit?
If you want to make another purchase and don’t want to wait for your return to be processed, you can select instant Ref Credit when you request a return.

Please note only U.S orders are eligible for Instant Ref Credit. All orders purchased with Instant Ref Credit are only eligible for return for store credit. Make sure to have your return dropped off and scanned 21 days from the ship date to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund.

How do I select an instant Ref Credit?
To select an instant Ref Credit:

Visit our Returns and Exchanges page.
Click Return, then select Ref Credit and choose your return reason.
Once you process your return, your Ref Credit will be automatically added to your account and ready for use. Your Ref Credit never expires. 
 

Print your return label and drop off your return by the stated date to avoid being charged.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

What is your in-store return policy?
For in-store purchases, we accept returns back for e-gift card or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We accept items in new condition with original tags attached.
